I have been in the industry about 18 years I started in high school I worked in the restaurant called, Jamie Hooks. I worked there for 11 years I started as a dishwasher and worked my way up to sous chef, executive chef and eventually a general manager. So, I researched culinary school I found an awesome program at Overland Park, Kansas, Johnson County Community College. I came in for an interview I drove into Old Kinderhook and it’s like these gates open up, drove down the hill there is a waterfall to the left and this beautiful golf course.
